Huper Laboratories Co., Ltd. (“huperLab”, “we”, “us” or “our”), acting as a data controller, collects certain information when you use our Website (ie, www.huperlab.com). This Privacy Policy explains how we may collect, use, share, protect and keep information about you as well as the rights you are entitled to in this respect.

The information we collect
To provide our services, huperLab needs to collect and process certain information about you. The information we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us, the choices you make including the services which are provided to you.

It is to be noted that you have choices about the information we collect. When you are asked to provide personal data, you may decline. If you choose not to provide information that is necessary to provide the service, we may not be able to deliver the service.  

When you register to contact us, ask for a sales inquiry, or ask for a technical support service, you are requested to complete a registration form with information such as Name, Email Address, Company Name, etc. This information is used to provide information to the services on the Website for which you have expressed an interest. It is optional for you to provide the demographic information, such as Country, Address, etc. However, huperLab encourages you to provide the demographic information so that we can provide you more tailored services or experience on the Website and by other electronic form.

huperLab will, from time to time, conduct surveys which request information from users. However, participation of the surveys is optional and voluntary. Thus, users have the choice of whether to disclose such information requested, which may include contact information or demographic information, in the surveys.
